At the 10th International Docomomo Conference in Rotterdam in September 2008, the Docomomo International Council gave formal approval to a new regional chapter: docomomo canada-atlantic.
docomomo canada-atlantic welcomes members from the architectural profession, from academia, and from interested individuals. At this time, the mission and work plan of the working party are in a draft state, so members have the opportunity to help establish direction and goals. We are especially anxious to achieve good representation of all four Atlantic provinces in our initial membership group.
At this point the fee for docomomo canada-atlantic membership is $110. per year, which includes the international membership fees of 60 euros, and a subscription to the Docomomo International Journal.
